Our model

A coordinated approach to land and infrastructure.

BICC brings together site development, qualified technology and utility partners, project finance and long-term service structures around a project's actual requirements.

01 How the relationships work

Clear roles, separate agreements.

BICC evaluates and coordinates real estate, land use, site planning, development and commercial structure. Hydrovlux is a preferred potential provider of its own owner-operated utility systems, with service and offtake arrangements subject to project-specific agreements.

Individual campus land, utility equipment and associated contracts may have separate legal owners and operators.

02 Build the right modules

No single configuration fits every site.

A campus may include suitable combinations of industrial buildings, localized power, water-source and treatment infrastructure, wastewater processing, beneficial reuse, distribution and supporting works. No single configuration is assumed to fit all sites.

03 Contract around the service

Utility-as-a-Service, where it fits.

Hydrovlux retains exclusive ownership and operational control of its HVX Facilities, while providing exclusive long-term Utility Services to each client and campus. The minimum 20-year offtake agreement allows the client to secure long-term cost control, and allows Hydrovlux to bring the funding and defer the client's capital improvement expenses.

04 From problem to project

Stage gates, evidence first.

Stage names are a proposed operating framework. A concept rendering, signed LOI or spreadsheet model does not independently establish site control, funded construction or operational output.
